I’m Kat
Since 2010, I’ve worked as a marketer for a diverse set of companies—from tech startups to agencies to non-profits. At the height of my career, I was the head of marketing for a Cybersecurity SaaS startup in Brooklyn, NY.
Then, in 2018, I had back-to-back pregnancies and suffered from a ruptured brain aneurysm.
My husband and I didn’t have the luxury of a single-income home, so I had to find a way to work remotely. All while raising two babies and recovering from a brain injury (phew!).
That’s when I started freelancing as a copywriter (Upwork, baby!) and eventually launched my own full-service Email & SMS marketing consultancy, Email Science.
Now I’m creating digital products for email & SMS marketing professionals, too!
